Calling all Sailor Scouts!! The Fulvetta Dress by Birds of North America is a nautical dream come true! This beauty is made of a heavy-weight, organic sand-washed cotton. It has a soft hand, and a beautifully faded, vintage quality that works so well in this style! Fulvetta has a full skirt with generous in-seam pockets, a V-neck with button-front placket, full sleeves that gather into a contrast cuff, and a the perfect, oversize sailor collar with black edging.
